He was just a freshman, and he's been an out-of-state AAU player with All-Ohio Red. Still, nothing can stop those in recruiting circles from chatting about "Cha-Cha." Charles Tucker Jr. emerged immediately as part of what is shaping up to be a very strong group of point guards among the 2013 class, putting up outstanding assist numbers and still contributing in the scoring department.
