Running back Laray Smith signed with IU today and became the 21st member of the Hoosiers' 2013 recruiting class. The three-star prospect was in Bloomington last weekend for an official visit and afterwards he declared Indiana as his top school. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound standout from Brooklyn (N.Y.) Xaverian H.S. had narrowed his list of schools down to a final three of Indiana, Syracuse and Connecticut before deciding on IU.
