Beaverton, Ore., tight end Jeron Mastrud has been trying to decide between scholarship offers from Oregon State and Kansas State in the week leading up to Wednesday's signing day. The 6-foot-7, 250-pound Mastrud has now made that decision, one that gives the Wildcats the high school tight end prospect they coveted the most.
