Griffin living the All-American dream

SoonerScoop.com There are few greater honors for a high school basketball player than to be named a McDonald's All-American. The top 24 high school basketball players in the country are selected to play in an All-Star game on national television. For many of them it will be their first introduction to a public who will soon know many of their names by heart.
The 2007 McDonald's All-American game will feature one of the top signings the Sooners have made in recent memory. Oklahoma Christian School power forward Blake Griffin has steadily built a strong legacy on the AAU circuit over the past few years. As his OCS, and Athlete's First, days come to an end a new legacy begins for the talented post player.
Griffin landed in Kentucky on Saturday afternoon to begin a busy week, one he will not soon forget.
