After early doubts, Ebanks rebuilding confidence

MORGANTOWN--Even the most decorated high school recruits must adjust to Division I basketball, and Devin Ebanks is no different. West Virginia University's talented forward has experienced doubts this season while becoming acclimated to his new coaches, teammates, and school. But with 10 points and 17 rebounds against Cleveland State, Ebanks may be ready to turn the corner.

"I started this season a little timid, and I lacked confidence in myself," Ebanks said. "It was the first time that has happened to me, and I didn't know how to deal with it in the beginning. It was hard because I wasn't helping the team in the stretches that they really needed me."
