Louisana DB loved Oregon visit

River Ridge (La.) safety Mattrell McGraw is one of the most coveted 2014 safety prospects in the nation. With more than two dozen BCS scholarship offers, the John Curtis high school standout junior will have his pick of schools when he makes his choice.

One of the top contenders will be the University of Oregon following his cross-country unofficial visit last weekend.

"Oregon is great," said McGraw of his initial impressions of the State. "I am from the South so I am not used to seeing all those big tall trees those pines and firs and things like that. Once I got there it was everything I could ever expect. Eugene is really a laid back city, kind of like a college town. I really felt like I was kind of at home."
