Thomas Has Signed but Final Choice Isn't Made
With the 2013 class already signed and less than two months away from reporting to Norman along with the recent commitment of 2014 Rivals100 quarterback, Justice Hansen, Sooner fans have gone quiet talking about Oklahoma's 2013 quarterback signee in Cody Thomas.
The silence has little to do with the Rivals250 quarterback's ability but instead is likely due to the fact that his future as a Sooner isn't set in stone with Thomas looking like he could be drafted in the upcoming 2013 MLB Draft and could have to decide on playing baseball or heading to Norman.
As of now The Colleyville (Texas) Heritage former signal caller and his Panther baseball teammates are currently closing in on the playoffs and the 6-foot-5 and 220-pound four-star has been focused on winning state on the diamond. Because of that he has not been throwing the football but says he has continued to do his football workouts to stay in shape. He is currently at around 210-pounds after getting up to 215 and then he got sick and lost some of that weight.
