Passing Problems

The usual high-flying passing game associated with the Trojans during the Pete Carroll era has been grounded so far in 2007.

USC ranks a dismal 9th in the Pac-10 for passing offense with just 222 yards per game.

USCFootball.com talked with passing game coordinator John Morton about the drop off in production.

USC did lose two high profile receivers to the NFL in Dwayne Jarrett and Steve Smith, but with a senior quarterback and plenty of young talent at wide out most thought the Trojans would quickly recover.
