INDIANAPOLIS - - After Isaac Taylor-Stuart’s performance at the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge, which included an insane 4.448 second 40-yard dash, there’s almost no doubt he’ll eventually end up with a prestigious five-star ranking.

Taylor-Stuart, who probably felt he was a five-star all along, says he’s thankful for the opportunity to prove himself.

“This is very fun,” Taylor-Stuart told TrojanSports.com. “I just like seeing new people, great people who have the same ability that I have or they could be better. It’s a great chance to come out and compete against them. My adrenaline is high and off the roof right now.”

The 6-foot-2 and 190-pound cornerback doesn’t seem to be overly concerned with rankings. In fact, he seems to just have fun when it comes to football. He approaches his future in the same lighthearted manner. Taylor-Stuart says he and his family are just excited and blessed to have so many opportunities. He’s going to take him time and enjoy everything.

“My family is just happy I got a full ride scholarship that’s worth a lot of money,” Taylor-Stuart said. “So they’re just happy I have that.”

When pressed about a commitment, Taylor-Stuart says a college decision won’t come until December. He also plans to take official visits during the football season before his commitment.

“I’m going to take all five, take it slow and everything and have fun with it,” Taylor-Stuart said.

But despite his slow pace with the recruiting process, he already knows he has very high interest in USC.

“They’re recruiting me very hard right now,” Taylor-Stuart said of USC. “I’m still observing and talking to the coaches and everything like that. If everything goes well, I might be a Trojan.”

As thing stands, it seems everything is trending well for USC.

“We still have a great connection,” Taylor-Stuart said of the USC coaches. “Me and Coach (Ronnie) Bradford and Coach (Clay) Helton and also the defensive coordinator (Clancy Pendergast). We talk regularly and text and call each other every week.”

At this point, it’s clear USC is one of the favorites to sign Taylor-Stuart, if not the clear-cut favorite.

“They’re definitely one of my main schools,” Taylor-Stuart said.

Taylor-Stuart says he already knows he’ll take an official visit to USC. He also plans to visit the campus again this summer. After the Five-Star Challenge, he plans to have a busy summer.

“Summer I’ll probably go up to USC again,” Taylor-Stuart said. “And then Ohio State, Michigan, LSU, South Carolina and Oklahoma.”

When asked who’s recruiting him the hardest, Taylor-Stuart mentions USC and two schools he plans to visit this summer.

“The ones recruiting me the hardest are Ohio State, USC and also Michigan too.”
