Allmond was suspended in the fall and took a redshirt year and should join the team for spring drills.
Punter Tom Malone and full back Brandon Hancock both graduated high school early and enrolled at USC. Receiver Jason Mitchell is a JC transfer and has three years to play two.
The Trojans do lose two defensive ends in redshirt freshmen Nathan Goodson and Jamaal Williams, both giving up football for injuries. They will remain students however.
Another defensive lineman, freshman defensive tackle Malcolm Wooldridge, will transfer along with sophomore placekicker John Wall.
USC will conduct spring practice drills on campus from March 23 to April 20.
