Smith Decides
Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft four-star athlete Malcolm Smith announced his college decision on Friday before school.
Rivals.com was there shooting this exclusive video interview of Smith and his announcement. His decision came down to three schools, Notre Dame, USC and California.
