USC head coach Eric Musselman and USC's coaching staff spent the weekend in Arizona watching several prospects in the current and upcoming classes at the Section 7 team event. One of the top recruits among the hundreds of teams participating was four-star 2025 forward Tounde Yessoufou who was one of the top performers over the three days at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

The 6-foot-5, 210-pound recruit from St. Joseph in Santa Maria has continued to see his stock rise since stepping on the scene a couple years ago, and more schools have decided to enter the mix with offers.

The No. 17-ranked recruit in the class added an offer from Baylor last week, and he is fresh off an official visit to Arizona with Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and UCLA staying involved as well.

Arkansas had been one of the programs that grabbed Yessoufou's attention earlier in the process, and the Trojans were part of that group as well. Now that Musselman has made the move to USC, it has brought the program into the picture even more for the rising senior who is originally from Benin.

Yessoufou has lived with a host family since moving to the US, but his parents made the trek from Benin last week for his visit to Arizona and will now join him on an official visit to USC that begins Tuesday.
